STEPS TOWARDS COACHINGS

  Coaching is a word formed by word coach that mean instructor.  India is an awared country in the field of education. Every parents want their child do something good for which whatever they need to do. 

  Coachings played a very important role in my life and till now. When I was only 4years old my guardian sent me to an elder sister for tuition for 2 hours. On that time I used to go to the Anganwadi. Time passed by its own speed and time to time I studied in many coaching centres with approx 20 different teachers. So I have a lot of experience as well as knowhow the needs of a coaching centre. Literally coaching is place where teachers try to give their best so not besause they wants to spread education around us but because they want an intelligent student for advertisement by which they can earn money.
           In now a days approx 7 crore students are studying in the coaching centers around India. Kota is known for a coaching hub in our country for preparation for IIT & NEET. These Coachings demandas a large amount from every student. Can’t say all the desirous join them but too many children are fighting with their fate.
A poor father arranges these money by doing hard work and taking loans just because his child could be do well. But parents as well as the student himself don’t understand that their child can do this or not. Some students are ofcourse succeed but not all. The students who failed some of them want to suicide and they do. Do you know why? They thinks that their parents how arranged money and he has failed despite hard work too.
Quarter of Indian student who are studying in  the Coachings are not happy. They always want to get away from there as soon as possible.
When I used  to study in the coachings in the junior classes, then the situation that time was such that the teacher who used to come in the government school, they do not worked properly. Due to this I have joined and I think that the same conditions exist today. The same teachers who teaches in the school teach better in their private Institute than he teach in the government school.
In today’s time there is not being regular classes and they loss the precious time of the precious students.
True to say that the people have changed the literal meaning of tuition, in these days it has taken the form of a bussiness.
Recently approx 2dozens students were died due to fire braked at a coaching in the gujrat(INDIA)……

(कोचिंग शब्द कोच से बना एक शब्द है जिसका मतलब होता है प्रशिक्षक।
     भारत शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में एक जागरुक देश है।  हर माता-पिता चाहते हैं कि उनका बच्चा कुछ अच्छा करे, जिसके लिए मुझे कुछ भी करना पड़े।
   कोचिंग ने मेरे जीवन में और अब तक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।  जब मैं केवल 4 साल का था तो मेरे अभिभावक ने मुझे 2 घंटे की ट्यूशन के लिए एक दीदी के पास भेजते थे ।  उस समय मैं आंगनवाड़ी जाता था।  समय अपनी गति  के साथ बितता गया , मैंने कई कोचिंग सेंटरों में लगभग 20 विभिन्न शिक्षकों के साथ अध्ययन किया है।  इसलिए मेरे पास कोचिंग की आवश्यकता की और उनमे पढ़ाई का अच्छा अनुभव है। वस्तुतः कोचिंग वह जगह है जहाँ शिक्षक अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ देने का प्रयास करते हैं इसलिए नहीं कि वे हमारे आसपास शिक्षा का प्रसार  कर सकें, इसलिए कि वे विज्ञापन के लिए एक बुद्धिमान छात्र चाहते हैं जिससे वे पैसे कमा सकें।
             आज के समय दिन में लगभग 7 करोड़ छात्र भारत में  कोचिंग सेंटरों में पढ़ रहे हैं।  कोटा IIT और NEET की तैयारी के लिए हमारे देश में कोचिंग हब के लिए जाना जाता है।  ये कोचिंग एक छात्र से बड़ी मात्रा पैसा की में मांग करते हैं।  यह नहीं कह सकते कि सभी वांछित व्यक्ति उनके क्लास जॉइन कर लेते हैं लेकिन बहुत सारे बच्चे अपने भाग्य से लड़ रहे हैं।
 एक गरीब पिता मेहनत करके और कर्ज लेकर इन पैसों का इंतजाम सिर्फ इसलिए करता है ताकि उसका बच्चा अच्छा कर सके।  लेकिन माता-पिता के साथ-साथ छात्र स्वयं भी यह नहीं समझ पाते हैं कि उनका बच्चा ऐसा कर सकता है या नहीं।  कुछ छात्र जरूर सफल होते हैं लेकिन सभी नहीं।  जो छात्र असफल हुए उनमें से कुछ आत्महत्या करना चाहते हैं और वे करते हैं।  तुम जानते हो क्यों?  उन्हें लगता है कि उनके माता-पिता ने पैसे की व्यवस्था कैसे की और वह कड़ी मेहनत के बावजूद भी असफल रहे।
 भारत के एक चौथाई छात्र जो कोचिंग में पढ़ रहे हैं वो कदापि खुश नहीं हैं वे। हमेशा जल्द से जल्द वहां से हट जाना चाहते हैं।
 जब मैं जूनियर कक्षाओं में कोचिंग में पढ़ता था, तो उस समय स्थिति ऐसी थी कि जो शिक्षक सरकारी स्कूल में आते थे, वे ठीक से काम नहीं करते थे।  इसके कारण मैं कोचिंग लिया और मुझे लगता है कि आज भी वही स्थितियां हैं।  सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ाने वाले वही शिक्षक अपने निजी संस्थान में बेहतर पढ़ाते हैं।
 आज के समय में नियमित कक्षाएं नहीं चल रही हैं और वे कीमती छात्रों के बहुमूल्य समय को नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं।
 यह कहना उचित होगा कि लोगों ने ट्यूशन के शाब्दिक अर्थ को बदल दिया है, इन दिनों  यह केवल एक बिजनेस का रूप ले लिया है।
 हाल ही में लगभग 2 दर्जन छात्रों की मौत गुजरात (भारत) के एक कोचिंग में आग लगने के कारण हुई थी....
